Refund Policy
Refund Policy for EchoShorts
Since EchoShorts provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (AI processing credits), we do not provide refunds once a video has been processed or credits have been consumed.
Unused credits
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. After any portion of the credits has been consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Technical issues
If a system error on our side prevents a video from being processed correctly, we will credit the processing minutes back to your account or re-run the job at no additional cost. To help us investigate, we may request technical logs or example files.
Fraud or abuse
We reserve the right to decline or reverse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
